Rosemary English Essential Oil
Adam Michael has this to say “English rosemary oil is is of course fresh rosemary herbaceous, sweet camphoraceous, savoury with a distinct green earthy nuance that has an ambience of walking inside a greenhouse full of green leafy plants. Compared to other rosemary materials I find English rosemary has a wet, light watery quality that stands it apart, reminiscent to rosemary leaves lashed with cold English rain drops, a quality I never detect within African produced material.
This material is produced by steam distilling the leaves and twigs, water white to light yellow in colour and of a pourable viscosity. Good material for creating fresh forest accords, pine accords, herbal bouquets, savoury gourmands, tomato leaf bases, water and marine notes, earthy notes, pairs well with most herbaceous materials and surprisingly this material also works wonders in trace dosages with seaweed naturals and water type synthetics such as calone liquid I find.”
